1. Where We Deliver
1.1 Delivery Locations
We deliver across Great Britain, including England, Scotland, and Wales. While standard delivery is available for most areas, some locations incur an additional delivery charge due to courier fees.
1.2 Areas with Additional Charges
The following postcodes incur an extra delivery fee, which will be calculated at checkout:

If your location is listed above, please note that delivery fees may be higher than our standard charges.
2. Delivery Services & Times
2.1 Delivery Days & Timings
We offer Monday to Friday delivery for most locations, with an option for Saturday delivery on selected products.
- Delivery windows: Between 7am – 9pm. Some orders may receive a 2-3 hour delivery slot, but this is not guaranteed.
- Weekend delivery: Available on selected products for an additional charge.

3. Choosing Your Delivery Service
At checkout, you will see the available delivery options for your product and postcode.
3.1 One-Person Delivery
- Delivered to your hallway only.
- The driver cannot enter your home or carry items upstairs.
- If you live in a flat or apartment and need assistance carrying your item, we recommend upgrading to two-person delivery.
3.2 Two-Person Delivery
- Delivered to your room of choice (up to the 2nd floor).
- If you have a lift, our drivers may use it at their discretion.
- Available Monday – Saturday for an extra charge.
4. Recycling & Assembly Services
4.1 Recycling Old Items
We offer a furniture recycling service in most locations.
- Your old furniture must be wrapped/boxed for collection.
- The frame must be dismantled and packaged.
- We do not collect soiled mattresses.
If your item isn’t properly packed, the driver may refuse collection, and you may still be charged.
5. Tracking & Managing Your Delivery
5.1 How to Track Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive:
- A tracking number with courier details.
- An estimated delivery window (if available).
- Updates via email or SMS.

5.2 Changing Your Delivery Date or Address
Before Dispatch:
- Contact hello@restisleep.co.uk to update your delivery date or address.
- Some delivery options are postcode-dependent, so changes may affect charges and availability.
After Dispatch:
- If your order has already been sent, we may not be able to change your delivery date or address.
- Couriers will not accept a new address from customers—this must be done through our team.
- A change-of-address fee may apply.
6. Delivery Issues & Returns
6.1 Late or Missed Deliveries
If your item hasn’t arrived within your expected delivery slot, please:
- Check your tracking link for updates.
- Contact your courier directly.
- If you need further support, reach out to our team at hello@restisleep.co.uk.
If you miss your delivery, a £50 redelivery charge may apply.
6.2 Missing or Damaged Items
We’re sorry if something isn’t right with your order. If your item arrives with:
