Returns Policy
We want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of delivery.

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
How to Return an Item
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, with tags attached and in the original packaging. You’ll also need to provide proof of purchase.

We will coordinate the return to be sent back to our supplier/manufacturer at Resti Sleep Returns, Beacon Street, Birkby, Huddersfield, HD2 2RS.
Once your return is approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label along with instructions on how to send your item back.
Please note: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues
We take great care in delivering high-quality products, but if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please inspect it upon arrival and contact us immediately. We’ll assess the issue and make things right as quickly as possible.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
While we want to be as flexible as possible, some items are non-returnable, including:
- Custom or personalised items
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Sale items or gift cards

Exchanges
Need a different item? The fastest way to get what you need is to place a new order while returning your current item. Once your return is approved, simply reorder the correct item separately.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, no questions asked. Your item must still be in its original, unused condition, with all packaging and tags intact, along with proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Processing times: Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
