Our mattresses are delivered flat and are never rolled or compressed. Bed frames may be delivered in separate sections, ready for assembly. Each product is carefully enclosed in protective packaging to keep it clean and secure during delivery.
Yes. If you change your mind, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. For hygiene reasons, mattresses must be unused and kept sealed in their original protective packaging. We may be unable to accept a change-of-mind return once the hygiene seal or protective packaging has been opened. Other products must be unused, unassembled and returned in their original packaging. If your product arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible so we can help. This does not affect your statutory rights.
